Any Security Application has been designed for the purpose of storing and maintaining records of various visitors who visit the organization on day-to-day basis.

Main Objectives

The main objectives behind the designing and implementation of the Security Module include:

To provide better security to the organization as a whole by storing the details of all the visitors visiting the organization

To keep track of visitors coming in and going out of the organization during office hours

To categorize all the employees of the organization

To generate various important reports those provide valuable information to the top-level management in decision making

Main Features

This application maintains various details like the In and Out Time of various visitors (including own employees from different buildings / sections), their contact details, the company that they are representing, the person they met in the organization, etc. along-with various important reports that assists an organization in many ways.
